About Angela Grace Wolle

I am an accomplished executive leader, who works with people and organizations to help identify and live into their purpose and meaning. I do this by helping organizations align and integrate their mission and values strategically and operationally, working with hardwiring and soft-wiring these elements in their culture around their values and mission. I help people access their inner strength/wisdom so they can apply it to the challenges they face externally, through customized practices, coaching, reflective listening and drawing from my knowledge of corporate systems, cycles and dynamics. I am uniquely equipped to work with individuals and faith-based organizations to better integrate and foster spirituality. I have been successful because of my ability to integrate disparate skills and contexts into current situations. I ask questions that invite leaders to reflect and see things a little differently. What is unique about my approach is that I see leadership as an inside out job, and that cultivating and connecting to one’s the inner life allows one to see and lead from a space of depth and insight, it provides “third way” approaches and solutions. These are skills that are needed for leading in the unchartered territory we find ourselves in.
