I eat, sleep and breathe condo management. I wake up every day, ready to help our clients. I’m a do-er… I get it done. Catalyst Condo Management was a dream built five years ago, with Drew Spencer, to disrupt the antiquated ways of the condo management industry. I hated the lack of communication, how condo boards never felt heard, and how poorly the finances were being run. So Drew and I built a condo management company that puts the client first. We have genuine relationships with condo boards that help to ensure their corporation stays on budget and financially healthy. I believe in open communication, transparency, and efficiency. We should constantly be evolving and making sure we are improving. On top of working with our clients, I strive to create a culture of positivity, synergy, and happiness within our team. I’m also incredibly passionate about helping small business owners. As a small business owner myself, I know how hard it can be to do it all. I owned and operated Chrysalis Accounting Solutions for over 20 years, where my goal was to help small business owners decrease their expenses and increase their net profits.
