I’m a sophomore at the University at Albany pursuing a dual degree in Business Administration (Finance & Information Systems Business Analytics) and Accounting. My journey has been shaped by a strong curiosity for how businesses operate and a desire to lead with both integrity and purpose.On campus, I’ve found meaningful ways to grow as a leader. Serving as Secretary of the Student Association Board of Finance has given me the responsibility of helping oversee a $2.73 million budget, while my role as Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer of Five Quad Volunteer Ambulance Service allows me to manage financial planning in an organization centered on service and emergency response. As Secretary of Delta Sigma Pi, I enjoy contributing to a community focused on professional growth and mentorship.Professionally, I’ve had the opportunity to apply what I learn in the classroom in real-world settings from supporting accounting and business operations at Henry B. Whitaker Inc, to assisting with IT services at UAlbany, to managing financial reporting in a small business environment. Each experience has strengthened my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and appreciation for teamwork. At the core of everything I do is a commitment to growth, service, and leadership. I’m working toward becoming CPA-eligible in 2028 and look forward to continuing to build a career in accounting and finance that makes a meaningful impact.
