I’m a strategic HR program leader with nearly a decade of experience driving organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and operational excellence. My expertise spans HR program management, people operations, M&A integration, and performance management, with a proven ability to align strategy, systems, and culture across dynamic, high-growth environments.At Clearwater Analytics, I’ve built and led programs that strengthen how we manage talent, measure performance, and scale people processes globally. Most recently, I’ve directed HR integration efforts following multiple acquisitions — unifying policies, harmonizing procedures, and ensuring a consistent employee experience across three companies.
