   Manage and lead full-cycle recruiting: create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques, use market data and analytics to find professionals across a variety of roles within the organization, own requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Successfully hire the right people into key positions throughout the organization: Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Systems/Network Admin/Engineers, Front and Backend Developers, IT Security/Compliance, UX/UI Designers, Marketing and Data Analytic Professionals, Industry Managers/Directors, and nonexempt roles. Ability to provide a great candidate experience, work in cross collaborative and diverse teams and build relationships. Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent need, define staffing plans, recruitment strategies, job requirements and compensation structure. Partner with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to diversity and inclusion in hiring strategies, human resources, organizational development, workforce planning, yearly merit, and organizational changes. Partner with managers to build/develop a career path for employees, identifying opportunities for training, new skill acquisition, advancement, internal mobility, and year end merit review. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, career development) to candidates and employees. Present and teach Interview skills workshop to multiple divisions. Conduct new hire check ins and exit interviews to gain and communicate insights to the team and business. Partner with HR specialist in the areas of global mobility and immigration. Attend diversity job fairs and or University recruiting events.
