Complete regular face-to-face calls on both prospective and current customers and assist in developing work for the service department and division that offers outstanding value to the customer- Attend community functions as they occur to maintain and build relationships, resolve all problem areas relating to the customer in a professional and tactful manner- Assist the service manager in presenting proposals for work to customers and potential customers- Submit weekly reports to the VP Operations, the Division Manager, and the Service Manager- Review historical customer service data and discover areas of possible opportunity- Keep abreast of all new products, and services that could be offered in our service department to increase revenue- Assist with work orders to make sure they are scheduled and completed by the service department staff.
