About Angie Flores
With over 35 years experience working with utilities, I have completed various cost of service and rate studies, financial planning models and impact fee studies for cities and districts, such as Abilene, Midland, San Angelo, Corpus Christi and Round Rock. Prior to beginning my work as a consultant in 2013, I worked at the Lower Colorado River Authority for 12 years where I was responsible for developing rate studies and financial planning models for 32 water and wastewater utilities. Before LCRA, I worked at the Texas Water Development Board as a senior financial analyst with my primary responsibility being the Rio Grande Valley.
