ABOUT ANGIE ERDY

With over a decade of experience in staffing and recruiting, I am a Senior Corporate Recruiting Manager at altafiber, a leading provider of fiberoptic solutions. I am responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating and closing offers. I also manage a team of recruiters, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and results to our clients and stakeholders. I am passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive culture at altafiber, where everyone feels valued and respected. I hold the Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDIR) credential from AIRS powered by ADP, and I have implemented various initiatives and programs to promote diversity, equity, and belonging in our hiring practices and workplace. I am also a Lean Six Sigma White Belt (LSSWB) certified by the Management and Strategy Institute, and I apply the principles and tools of lean and six sigma to improve our recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
