With a BS in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida, I have a passion for creating positive and lasting change in the residential sector. I have multiple certifications and skills in process improvement, employee training, and team building, which I leverage to enhance the performance and satisfaction of our properties and stakeholders.As the Director of Impact at New Earth Residential, I oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives that align with our vision and mission of providing quality, affordable, and sustainable housing for our residents and communities. I work with various stakeholders, such as property managers, community partners, and residents, to identify and address their needs and expectations, and to measure and report the outcomes and impacts of our initiatives. I also support the development and growth of our staff and culture, by facilitating training, coaching, and feedback sessions. My goal is to foster a collaborative and innovative environment that empowers our team and organization to achieve our social and environmental objectives.
