NCIDQ certified designer since 2001 I have been a commercial interior designer since 1997 and specialize in all types of projects from complex medical to high design corporate office. Both a high level of communication and quick response time are key to being successful. I will ask a lot of questions because the details matter and affect the overall success of the project. I enjoy getting to know clients and how they like to work. I want the process to be fun and painless. The key really is to listen carefully and hear what clients are not saying. Analyze their needs and provide creative, efficient solutions that they would not have thought of on their own. My goal is to make the project go as smoothly as possible for our clients and achieve outstanding results! I want to make the whole planning experience a positive one by listening, communicating, and following through. Customer service is our number one priority. Quality and consistency are also very important. We collaborate on our projects and have a mentoring atmosphere. I love passing on lessons learned to the newer designers on my team. We all share the same vision: to be the best interior design firm in Spokane. When clients hire us first, even before the architect, to evaluate their needs, we are able to get to know them and space plan options where form follows function. They will experience increased efficiency, more productive employees and be more profitable.
