Doctors for America (DFA) is a national, non-profit organization that mobilizes over doctors and medical trainees to advocate for policies that improve the health of patients and communities. Through advocacy training and action at state and federal levels, DFA works to expand access to affordable care, promote community health and prevention, and advance health justice and equity. DFA does not accept funding from pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, insurance companies, or for-profit healthcare entities, allowing us to remain fiercely independent and patient-centered in our work.
