About Angie Anderson

I am an Integrated Producer, Project Manager and Creative Resource Manager with 20 years experience working for ad agencies and CPG companies. As a Creative Resource Manager for WongDoody North America, I sit in a central location in the company where all departments intersect. Having a strong background in Production and Project Management gives me the best perspective on resourcing as it relates to skill sets, campaign timelines and business needs. My role balances data and relationships, which includes talent allocations and profitability combined with performance and individual personalities.As a Marketing Project Manager at Nuun, I was responsible for structuring and managing the workflow of an in-house marketing department to ensure on-strategy and quality output, plus timely delivery of all creative projects and deliverables. The creative development I managed was on a broad spectrum of projects types, from new packaging, event and sales materials to complex digital advertising campaigns for new product launches and marketing initiatives. My role was pivotal in achieving seamless communication between stakeholders and creative producers, from project briefing to campaign/project live dates. Applying a broad understanding of business impact, dependencies, and creative problem-solving, I was responsible for on-going process improvements and took a holistic approach to supporting all departments within the organization. I was the administrator for project management software tools, such as Wrike and Ziflow, for better organization, communication and efficiencies. I also participated in an internal mentorship program and manage the project management and procurement team. I have supervised an ad agency\'s production department and produced multiple award-winning advertising campaigns for a number of national clients. I created new revenue streams for the production department by bringing services in-house. I\'ve produced both internal and external photoshoots for stills and video, as well as alternative types of original art. I really enjoy collaborating with all team members to produce to the expectations of the creative team, clients and stakeholders.
