Job Descriptions:1. Data Collection & Validation • Gather and consolidate accounts receivable data from various branches and systems. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness before analysis.2. Data Analysis • Analyze receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and payment trends. • Provide insight into collection performance and potential risk of bad debts. • Evaluate DPD (Days Past Due), NPL (Non-Performing Loan) ratios, and recovery trends.3. Reporting & Monitoring • Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on outstanding receivables, overdue accounts, and collection performance. • Support management with data-driven insights and dashboards for decision-making.4. Process Improvement • Review and improve internal receivable processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Recommend solutions to minimize overdue accounts and improve collection timelines.5. Coordination & Collaboration • Coordinate with Credit, Collection, and Finance teams to ensure smooth receivable management. • Assist branch teams by providing analytical support for collection strategy.6. Risk & Compliance • Identify potential risks related to overdue receivables and propose mitigation actions. • Ensure data handling complies with company policy and confidentiality standards.7. Business Performance Support • Monitor and analyze key business indicators related to receivables. • Provide recommendations to achieve company’s financial and collection targets.
