I am a savvy human resources professional w/sharp business acumen which has developed while working for iconic brands such as General Motors, Chrysler, & Coca-Cola. My 10+ years of HR experience is grounded in generalist roles & then evolved into a high performance brand flourishing in strategic planning, consultancy/partnership, employee advocacy, creative solutions, & communications.The diversity of my HR career includes working in both union & non-union environments, engaging w/employees ranging from general laborer to senior executive in sales, supply chain, manufacturing, & enabling functions (i.e. IT, HR, Finance, Administration).The core elements of my success & effectiveness as an HR professional is the ability to holistically integrate HR initiatives into business plans providing both quantitative & qualitative value and results.
