ABOUT ANGEL REVA

Bachelor of Science in Financial Strategies and Public Accounting. A highly capable professional with a strong sense of ethics and values, delivering the expected results. I have been working in the financial industry for over 7 years. During this time, I had notable roles in the Global Commercial segment at Citi followed by the Corporate and Investment Banking division. In these roles, I had the opportunity to analyze and oversee different credit portfolios comprised of MME companies in Mexico and Corporations across Central America and the Caribbean (+11 countries). Following this experience, I worked for the Investment Banking division at Banorte (the largest Regional Bank in Mexico by AUM) mainly on DCM and ECM transactions representing public companies and recognized general partners. Lastly, pursuing my interest in M&A, I took an opportunity with Serficor IMAP, the leading independent M&A advisor in Mexico, where I advised both MME and Public Companies as a sell-side and buy-side advisor across 15+ industries. In 2021, I was able to introduce a highly regarded franchise in the capital city of Veracruz. Since then, this business has become successful, serving as a significant source of employment and opportunities for Xalapa\'s local community.
