Grew up as a hardcore gamer, testing joysticks and steering wheels for my grandpa and dad\'s factory in China. Raised in a family of engineers, trained as a product designer, blessed with an analytical and creative mind. I’ve built, scaled 3x two-sided-marketplace startups since 2007, super passionate about solving consumer experience and efficiency. In 2019, I dived into Web3 and joined Mack Flavelle (ex-founder of Dapper Labs/CryptoKitties) and helped launch massive NFT campaigns for Sony, Live Nation, Stoner Cats, and more. At YGG, I dived even deeper into my gaming roots and served as Head of Growth, leading partnerships and GTM for Axie Infinity, Pixels, and many of the biggest Web3 games. Last couple of years, I\'ve helped many Web3 / AI startups (ie UFCStrike, Pudgy Penguins’ Pudgy Pop, Lumen5, Doodles etc) specializing in Product Growth and GTM strategies. My passion is to push the creative and technical boundaries creating effective campaigns that end users love. Many of the campaigns have reached millions - blending social virality with on-chain mechanics, proving narrative + incentives = exponential growth. As a mentor at A16z’s TxO program last year, I get to give back and get great exposure to top media, entertainment and crypto companies while angel investing on the side. Unfortunately the program has since been paused for restructuring.Since the most effective way for me to learn is to build. I\'m now back in the startup trenches building a game-layer with Brave, serving reality-style social mini games with various big IPs.
