1. Finance Integration Lead - Product Roadmap and m & a

   Direct report to Stripe’s Chief Accounting Officer (CAO).(1) Head of Product & Systems Integration Accounting: My team leads the integration of Accounting requirements into Stripe’s product roadmap, i.e. new products and features or changes to existing products and features. Scope includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities, carried out in partnership with all in-scope Accounting teams- Accounting requirements consolidation and documentation related to: US GAAP, statutory accounting implications, intercompany transactions and settlements, funds flows design, and financial reporting systems configuration - User Acceptance Testing - Securing of Accounting launch approval - Post launch monitoring for conditional approvals My team works with all Accounting teams and our partner Engineering teams to enhance the Accounting organization’s understanding of systems and data flows that are key to financial controllership and reporting. This includes playing a critical role in transformation projects and taking the initiative to identify optimization opportunities and advocate for inclusion on partner Engineering teams’ roadmaps. Additionally, I lead a cross-functional partnership across other similar teams within Finance, Risk, and Legal - Compliance as we collectively work on bringing the product roadmap into view to assess and address risks.(2) Finance Integration - M&A: Cross-Finance lead (Tax, Treasury, FinOps, Accounting, FP & A) in defining and driving to completion deal execution and integration milestones. Direct partner to Stripe\'s CorpDev team.(3) Special Initiatives:(a) Efficiency transformation for Finance teams
