About Angelo Chavez

My career has been shaped by the opportunity to work across many different areas of a franchise organization, from field operations and corporate planning to brand development, business development, and network growth.Starting as a Field Consultant supporting franchise centers across New York, I developed a deep appreciation for what franchisees need to succeed at the ground level. That experience has informed every role I’ve taken on since.Over the years I’ve had the privilege of contributing to some meaningful milestones, including a full brand relaunch, closing over 100 franchise agreements nationally, and leading operations across multi-state territories.Today I lead teams focused on area development, franchisee recruitment, and new center openings across the United States and Canada. My goal is simple: build a network where franchisees are set up to thrive from day one.Outside of work I’m a dedicated road cyclist and ride leader, leading a weekly group ride every Saturday. Cycling has taken me around the world to events and races, and I log close to miles a year on the bike. The discipline it demands translates directly into how I approach my work.
