In my many years of workforce development experience I have helped countless job seekers secure meaningful and competitive employment while saving employers the unnecessary expenses associated with high staff turnover rates.In working to assist job seekers secure meaningful and competitive employment, assessment tools are utilized to identify careers that best match their personality, experience, and skills. Once a career goal is identified, I teach them how to target their resume and cover letter to demonstrate that they are the best match for the position they are applying for. I then offer guidance on how to properly complete an application. Throughout the entire process interview preparation is provided.In working with a wide variety of businesses, companies, and organizations to fill their employment needs and reduce the unnecessary expenses associated with high staff turnover rates, I thoroughly review the requirements for each available position and connect the employer with the best possible candidates.
