As an IT administrator, I oversee the management and maintenance of a diverse IT infrastructure, both in the cloud and on-site, ensuring smooth operation and security for users worldwide. I manage the entire Microsoft 365 suite. My responsibilities also include managing macOS and Windows environments to ensure seamless and efficient integration.I handle DNS services with AWS and Route 53 as well as cloud-based VM instances. Additionally, I manage key tools like 1Password, Dropbox, and Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence), while coordinating and leading team projects in Atlas.In the area of network maintenance, I manage the Unifi infrastructure at our headquarters, including wireless access points (APs) and switch configurations. I also manage Sophos firewall settings for secure VPN and site-to-site (S2S) connections to external services. I monitor the phone system (NFON Cloudya) and support users globally via AnyDesk, resolving issues related to internet, applications, and telephony.I ensure that all systems are continuously monitored, backed up, and updated, utilizing AVE Point for M365 backups.
