QA Validation Manager is responsible for managing the Validation activities link to the penicillin and non-penicillin production departments and the various support departments, such as laboratories, engineering, warehouse, etc.), as well as being responsible for leadership of the various multidisciplinary teams that he coordinates and that are part of the Validation team (Process, Equipment, Packaging, Projects). The main responsibilities include execution and managing of validation activities as routine or projects, the operational supervision of his direct reports and the entire team, guarantee of compliance with the required quality standards, escalation to QP or Site Quality Leader of significant problems. Responsibilities include- Process Validation - Equipment Validation - Packaging Validation - Validation Projects
