Our world is slowing transforming into one big battery, from air pods to laptops to electric vehicles, we are getting surrounded by batteries day by day and energy storage has taken prominence in our ever evolving world. The simple thought that we have the power to store energy and use it at will is something which fascinates me and piques my interest into the field of energy storage systemsI am currently pursuing my Masters in Chemical Engineering at Cornell with a focus on Lithium Ion Battery manufacturing and performance analysis along with graphene synthesis using graphite which fuels my passion towards the evolving field of energy storage systemsMy goal is to utilize the data science skills which I have gained through my years of experience working as a data scientist in the Oil & Gas industry to the field of energy storage systems along with hands-on research experience at Cornell in order to create a synergy between energy storage and data science
