Hands-on, highly-technical role responsible for architecting, engineering and supporting Horizon\'s entire technology landscape. Areas of responsibility include compute, storage, applications, and database technologies. Coordinates with and oversees outside partners, consultants and vendors. Work closely with security and audit team to support annual certification efforts. Responsible for producing and maintaining internal documentation, processes and procedures to provide a more stable, efficient and controlled technology infrastructure. Primary Responsibilities: • Architect, implement and maintain solutions to support the core server infrastructure and systems running on-premise as well as in virtual private and public cloud • Perform quarterly tests of replication and disaster recovery systems and maintain DR run-books/documentation • Collaborate with Client Services team to define and manage end-user access • Support, manage, and migrate disk storage arrays • Manage Active Directory, VMware, Application and File Servers, SQL Servers and O365 • Manage automation scripts and tools related to account provisioning and de-provisioning • Create, revise, and maintain systems documentation • Investigate future technologies
