My practice focuses on construction litigation and transactional matters. I have extensive experience in complex construction and commercial litigation, successfully representing his clients in both state and federal courts. I have litigated numerous construction cases across the country, including payment and change order disputes, schedule and delay claims, subcontractor defaults, contract terminations, and safety violations and OSHA citations. I have additionally drafted and negotiated dozens of construction contracts on behalf of subcontractors, both upstream with general contractors and downstream with subcontractors and suppliers. My general commercial litigation experience further includes breach of contract actions, commercial and residential real estate disputes, commercial fraud and breach of fiduciary matters, and disputes among corporate shareholders, partners, and LLC members. I am licensed to practice law in Illinois and Kentucky.
