Supply Chain Consultant for industrial sector clients (automotive, FMCG, food & beverage, retail, etc.).I drive implementing and optimizing Supply Chain projects, from kick-off to go-live and beyond.My responsibilities include- In-depth analysis of functional requirements and development of Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Interface Definition Documents (IDD) to share with customer key users- Data validation, software configuration, solution testing, and sensitivity analysis- Training and customer support after go-liveThe proposed solution (SO99+) leverages AI and machine learning algorithms to enhance the entire Supply Chain process. The three main modules include- Demand Planning: demand forecasting and detailed insights at various product and market levels- Fulfillment: inventory optimization considering market structure, stock control parameters, and network organization- Replenishment: generation of purchase order or transfer order proposals for raw materials, finished goods, and semi-finished products to prevent stock-outs or overstocking and ensure high service levels while minimizing operational costsI collaborate proactively with internal teams (Professional Services, Product, Sales, CX, CS) and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality Supply Chain optimization projects, reducing costs and waste in operational processes, improving supply chain efficiency.
