Drive Budget, forecasting and economic modeling for the company.Key Achievements:•Progressed a primarily domestic accounting team into a global accounting group with direct reports in US and London. Worked with outside auditors to establish global policies and consolidation processes to maintain a precise monthly and year-end close process. Reporting was enhanced to highlight global business structure.•Completed design and implementation of a Global Stock Plan. Utilized the US ESOP share price as the basis to an international plan to incent global expansion and employee ownership across all countries.•Implementation of revenue management system into China and London offices to provide operating metrics globally and drive standardization in revenue recognition, invoicing and project management.•Oversight of annual forecasting and budgeting process.
