Manage the day-to-day client operations of the group and own the commitment of a lean and efficient project process*Assign Project Managers to client accounts and systematically monitor quality and delivery performance to ensure defined customer needs are consistently met.*Ensure the supply and capacity of internal and third-party resources match the evolving volume needs of the business.*Work in partnership with Regional sales managers to ensure adequate supply of qualified resources are available to grow the book of business.*Lead regular resource allocation meetings with team, monitoring functional loads, developing resource optimization and workflow plans.Partner with Global Vendor Management vendor relations, driving up quality, efficiency in parallel with cost-efficient sourcing.
