Senior Principal Product Manager with 23 years of leadership in driving strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise-grade software products. Currently leading Oracle AI Database Security’s core offerings, including audit capabilities and the widely adopted Database Security Assessment Tool (DBSAT) with responsibility for outbound product management across India. Driving AI innovations within audit and DBSAT, advancing the product vision to leverage AI to secure data. Fostering collaboration between engineering, outbound teams, and global business units such as Exadata, Autonomous Database, and Multi-Cloud, ensuring cohesive security integration across Oracle’s data platforms. I work closely with the engineering team to define the product strategy and roadmap for audit and DBSAT. My role includes driving the complete product lifecycle: product roadmaps, planning, engineering, pricing, packaging, forecasting, go-to-market strategy and marketing campaigns.I have been working closely with major Fortune-100 customers across the globe and participate regularly in Customer Advisory Board meetings. Involved in many customer engagement activities for over a decade at Oracle, and help customers adopt Oracle Database security solutions to meet their corporate security and regulatory requirements. I have been organizing Oracle Database security customer summits in APAC and India. I have also been a regular Oracle AI World session speaker since 2014, and at various regional conferences across the globe.

   Responsibilities include:• Inbound product management for two key database security areas—core audit and DBSAT—on a global scale. This includes overseeing the entire lifecycle, from gathering and refining product requirements to conducting design reviews and driving product evangelization across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.• Outbound product engagement for the entire portfolio of database security products and features in India.• Collaborate closely with leading Fortune-100 customers worldwide, including prominent financial institutions and government organizations.• Manage executive-level escalations and address key customers\' business expectations, while identifying and exploring new opportunities to drive product adoption and expansion.• Manage several customer outreach programs, including the Database Security Interest Group (SIG) Customer Advisory Board for Oracle\'s India customers.
