As part of our tight-knit legal team, I draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements—construction, vendor, real estate, professional services, and more. I also help keep major public-private projects moving by coordinating internally across departments and externally with designers, contractors, and public agencies.Not officially a project manager, but functionally one—I’ve wrangled timelines, pushed through change orders on a ground-up apartment build, and helped steer commercial renovations to the finish line. I support RFP processes, write governance resolutions tied to high-value transactions, and work across city and county lines to get deals done.Also: I’m fluent in LexWorkplace, allergic to legalese, and committed to making contract work a strategic asset—not a roadblock.
