I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Managerial Economics. Shortly after graduation, I started my role as Customer Relationship Advocate at Fidelity Investments. The first couple months I spent time studying to obtain several financial licensing exams such as the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63. Over the past few months, I\'ve been at the forefront of supporting our clients, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance. I handle a high volume of inbound calls, helping clients with complex service and trading questions quickly and accurately. I love learning new things every day and enjoy digging into challenges with a curious mindset to find the best solutions and provide personalized financial education. Building genuine relationships through active listening and thoughtful follow - up is something I truly care about because it\'s what creates satisfied and loyal clients.
