Fayetteville, AR, US

The Little Movement Shop is a curated collection of baby clothing, toddler clothing, kids clothing, playthings, books, decor, baby & children sized yoga mats, teething necklaces & toys, shoes, and all things little.Angelina & Keely (sisters) began searching everywhere for hip, modern baby clothing and accessories once Keely\'s daughter, Teagan, was born. This is the inspiration behind the shop. The sisters have filled the shop with unique and artistic clothing & accessories for the hip littles. The goal is to merge art and imagination while outfitting our littles as we would ourselves. The shop is located in Fayetteville, AR. We started as just a baby boutique but as we joined with this community of mothers and children we have shifted into a full kids boutique! We carry sizes newborn through 6 years! We\'ve also expanded to carry products and clothing for parents, including pregnancy and postpartum teas and body products. Aside from the physical shop location, The Little Movement Shop is a full online shopping experience for babies, children, parents, and home accessories.

ABOUT ANGELINA BOWEN

I graduated from the University of Arkansas, Sam M Walton Business school with a management degree and minors in art studio and real estate finance. While working as the Social Media Manager for Redman and Associates, I managed social media accounts, strategic marketing plans, and creative projects to influence sales through Walmart, Academy, and Sam\'s Club. I also managed our e-commerce website and work directly with warehousing and customer service to ensure a quality customer experience. During the Spring of 2012 I began working on a graphic design portfolio. Since then projects have included social media artwork, social media posts, website elements, logo design, branding packages, event flyers, product manuals, product packaging, brand manuals, online advertisements, and print advertisements. I have also used these skills to work on some personal design work as well. Portfolio: In January of 2013 I partnered with Donna Smith to open The Shed, a studio/ exhibit space in downtown Fayetteville. The Shed is a place for artists to show work that comes out in the making process and may have come about after starting a new direction or changes in the process. We encourage discussion, exchanging of skills and ideas, and the general merriment that occurs when bringing together artists from the region. With my personal artwork, I am interested in abstracted landscapes and patterns. I normally represent these spaces through a lens of bright, vibrant colors. Initially these patterns I work from are naturally derived and then become abstracted, allowing color to guide the space into an imaginative state. Even if the viewer does not recognize what the image is, I hope that they will see the hidden beauty of the small patterns found within.
