ABOUT ANGELINA VARGAS

I am currently an undergrad at Sacred Heart University pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Strategic Communication, Public Relations and advertising with minors in digital marketing and Fashion Marketing and Merchandising. When Im not in school I live in Queens, New York. I am very committed and open to learning! I am involved in a lot of organizations like delta zeta sorority. have entry level experience to customer service skills, however my peers describe me as an advanced communicator, dedicated, optimistic, and hardworking. I have developed strong writing, research, and interpersonal skills which I believe are strong attributes for success in public relations. My classes and outside interests have provided the foundation in media relations, social media management, content creation and marketing, which I am eager to apply in a professional setting. In my previous work experience as a member of Sacred Heart University’s official marketing team, I gained hands-on experience assisting with event planning, trend forecasting, and creating content across all social media platforms.
