I’m a people first retail leader with 15 years of experience driving results through consistency, coaching, and culture.Throughout my career, I’ve learned that sustainable performance doesn’t come from short-term wins it comes from developing teams, setting clear expectations, and showing up every day with intention. I lead with a strong focus on the consumer experience while building engaged, accountable teams who take pride in their work.In my current role, I’ve led high-volume stores through periods of change and growth, strengthening leadership benches, improving selling behaviors, and driving measurable gains in key performance indicators including conversion, membership, and service execution. My teams consistently perform at a high level because the focus is always on how we show up, not just the outcome.What matters most to me is creating environments where people feel supported, challenged, and celebrated.
