In this position I am conducting orientation for new employees. Completing E-Verify, reference checks and drug screenings. I maintain multiple spreadsheets to keep track of company fleet cars, including which employee is assigned to a car, monthly vehicle inspections, auto accidents and maintenance, all professional licenses and their expiration dates, along with drivers license, insurances, stay interviews and annual evaluations. Upkeep all job postings. I enter all employee information into WellSky, Mileage, Enterprise, and Healthstream. I am in charge of performing all stay interviews and presenting the results after each quarter. I assist all employees with any issues they may have with the programs or systems we use, and assist with all employee handbook questions. Along side these duties I assist the manager with any projects or events that are occurring.
