As a Nutritional Therapist, I work with clients to prevent disease or minimize symptoms they may have through food. Every person is unique and has an individual set of dietary requirements. It is my job to establish whether or not an individuals diet is right for their current state of health. As obesity and diseases such as cancer continue to rise, my goal is to help my clients understand how the food they eat everyday can have a positive effect on their symptoms and overall health. I am certified from the Health Sciences Academy and a member of The American Association of Nutritional Consultants. With over a decade of knowledge and personal experience through clean eating and cleansing, I have built a program that is customized to each client and their specific needs. My clients range from healthy individuals looking to prevent disease to individuals with Diabetes, Crohn’s Disease and Thyroid Cancer. There is no greater job satisfaction than to watch my clients transform over 7 weeks and have an improved quality of life.
