I am a registered Social Worker (BA, BSW, MSW, RSW); in my current role, I am the Wellness Coordinator at St. Jerome’s University (Federated with the University of Waterloo). I have educational backgrounds in Social Development, Social Work, and Addictions and Mental Health. I have skills in intake and assessment, psychoeducational group development, group facilitation, counselling, motivational interviewing, cognitive and solutions focused therapies, and crisis intervention.
