   Responsible for negotiating a range of standard clinical research agreements to support the Global Clinical Development Operations. Review drafted contracts from pharmaceuticals sponsors and negotiate changes toward a final contract that protects the interests of CSL Behring and its institutional affiliated sites. Independently draft, review, negotiate and finalize global clinical agreements, including, but not limited to clinical trial research agreements (as well as amendments and ancillary agreements), master clinical trial research agreements, confidentiality agreements, informed consent forms and data processing agreements, utilizing Legal approved contract templates and fallback language. Ensure all agreements are finalized and executed in a timely manner, in accordance with contracted SLAs, study priorities and timelines. Coordinate the contracting process for assigned studies, including: Collaborating and coordinating with the Budget FSP Team to negotiate and finalize all clinical agreements and amendments. Escalating any redline requests beyond the scope of approved fallback language to the Clinical Contract Project Manager. Providing final approval and coordinating signatures of all relevant documents in the appropriate contract management systems Collaborating and coordinating with the Clinical Contract Project Manager to ensure proper information flow and follow-up process. Review site level informed consent forms as requested in accordance with the approved guidance and escalate to the Clinical Project Manager as appropriate. Ensures that all internal and external stakeholders adhere to Legal approved contracting and other processes. Reviewing clinical trial agreements, contract amendments, confidentiality agreements, and nondisclosure agreements received from pharmaceutical sponsors or contract research organizations.
