As a long-time family business member and owner, I have worn the many hats of an entrepreneur while at the same time navigating the complex system of family business. It was challenging every single day and perplexing many others but, I learned a lot along the way. That\'s why I enrolled at Georgetown Institute of Transformational Leadership and became certified as a Leadership Coach and work with the people inside family businesses.My mission is to help business families and co-preneurs work better together. I serve clients who are inspired to learn, engage, and reach for what is possible.
