After 3 years I have returned to TransTech Social Enterprises as Founding Executive Director.\"Ross\'s return is timely, especially as DEI initiatives face increasing pushback.\'I saw this coming,\' Ross says. We must make sure LGBTQ+ folks, Black and brown folks, women and disabled folks are at the table of technology ensuring equity in the advancement of technology that does not adversely harm marginalized communities around the world. Since founding TransTech I have always had my sights set on the world, knowing that we exist in every ethnicity and in every culture. Around the world BIPOC, indigenous peoples, women, LGBTQ+ folks are undervalued and exploited for their labor and creative contributions. With TransTech I want to take full inventory of all the value we have together and translate that into financial opportunities that empower us both individually and as a collective. With this collective power we can influence policy around the world that values and protects all workers regardless of their background.I am keenly focused on continuing to create partnerships that are pipelines to training and employment opportunities.
