ABOUT ANGELICA GONZALEZ

I am currently available for work in the USA, Great Britain, Australia, and New Zealand as a Post PA, VFX PA, or Post Production Coordinator. With sufficient credentials and experience in production, post production, and accounting, I am well suited for these roles. I\'ve always championed my work ethic and willingness to learn and improve, and I am committed to achieving my goals. While attending University, I worked with seasoned filmmakers and accomplished students from various film schools including SDSU, USC and AFI, to hone my talents. While in school, I worked as a Resident Assistant and as a Project Manager at Yellow Line Digital. I also completed a professional internship with Alcon Entertainment, supporting various executives and assistants as well as those at Alcon Sleeping Giant Music Group, during Post Production of \"Blade Runner 2049\". I concluded my education with an international passion project, a documentary thesis about the sophisticated challenges of women and girls of the indigenous Maasai peoples of Kenya. My first industry job out of school was in the prep and wrap accounting offices at Netflix. While there, I worked as an ESN Coordinator on Amy Poehler\'s \"Wine Country\". This is where I cultivated the skillsets needed to successfully navigate the various teams, offices, roles, and personalities of studio production under the highest of standards, and pressures. I returned to Post Production in 2018 while working closely with a political public figure in Memphis, Tennessee and also touring with his team up and down the East Coast. By the time I returned to Los Angeles, I was adept at creating short form content that captures specific audiences and galvanizes them to support a cause. My next career milestones were: editing a music video for a VEVO verified artist; editing a feature film with a successful festival run and release to critical acclaim in many circles; and working as an assistant editor on an original OTT/VOD streaming series. After working in reality as a Night Post PA on NBC\'s America\'s Got Talent, as well as the spin-off, AGT: Fantasy League, I was then employed as a Post PA on multiple scripted shows, including the new NBC series, Found, on which I am now working as Post Production Coordinator at the Warner Brothers Lot. Most recently, I graduated as part of the first cohort to study VFX Coordinating under a new Warner Brothers Discovery x Reelworks Media MKRS Program. The skills I have developed over my career have propelled me forward as a well-rounded and competent, post-production professional.
