Employee Relations: • Serve as a HR Business Partner to Corporate team and newly acquired businesses Acquisitions and Mergers: • Support & drive HR critical work stream activities for mergers and acquisitions in the US; due diligence, integration planning and execution • Own and manage sensitive employee demographic and compensation data through all phases of acquisition, focusing on data integrity, analysis and reporting Benefits and Compensation: • Drive the strategic design of company’s welfare benefits to align with company’s total reward philosophy while staying competitive in the market • Assure company compliance with provisions of ERISA and the ACA. Supervise preparation of reports and applications required by law to be filed with federal and state agencies. Review and analyze changes to state and federal laws pertaining to benefits and report necessary or suggested changes to management • Manages the development, implementation and administration of compensation program • Provides advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations HRIS/Payroll: • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the organizations internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees. • Compiles or assists with acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs requested by senior executives and HR staff • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
