ABOUT ANGELICA SANDOVAL

With over 8 years of experience in payroll and human resources, I am currently the Payroll Manager at kdc/one, a global leader in specialty chemical manufacturing. In this role, I manage the payroll, and taxes for over employees across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. I also oversee the payroll implementation and integration for new business acquisitions, working closely with the finance and IT teams to streamline the processes and systems.Prior to joining kdc/one in October 2023, I was a Payroll Administrator and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SLA Management, a food service management company. There, I processed payroll for over 1500+ employees in different states, and supported the hiring of qualified candidates for various positions. I have a strong background in retail and hospitality industries, where I developed excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills. I am pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management at Lone Star College, where I am learning the fundamentals of accounting, finance, marketing, and leadership. I am proficient in ADP Workforce, ADP Smart Compliance, ADP HRIS, Microsoft Office, Excel, and various HR software and tools. I am passionate about payroll and HR, and I strive to provide the best services to both internal and external stakeholders. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a lifelong learner.
