ABOUT ANGELICA MORENO
Hello! My name is Angelica Moreno and I am currently a student at Florida State University, majoring in Biomedical Sciences on a pre-med track expecting to graduate in Spring 2026. I am driven by a deep passion for health equity and a curiosity about the science behind human biology. I am dedicated to gaining the knowledge and experience needed to pursue a career in medicine.Alongside my academic pursuits, I am gaining hands-on experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where I work closely with patients to provide quality care and support. This role has strengthened my clinical skills, deepened my understanding of patient needs, and reinforced my commitment to working in healthcare. It also allows me to build meaningful relationships with patients and healthcare teams, which I believe is essential for any future physician.Through my coursework, volunteer work, and clinical experience, I am developing a well-rounded foundation in the medical field, with particular interests in cardiothoracic surgery. I am excited to continue learning, collaborating, and contributing to the healthcare community as I work towards medical school and my goal of becoming a compassionate, skilled physician.
