I’m a people‑centric Learning & Development leader and strategic thought partner who designs enterprise learning strategy while building the capability of leaders, facilitators, and teams to execute it at scale.Throughout my career, leaders have come to me when they need to scale learning fast—without losing quality. I specialize in upskilling teams, developing facilitation excellence, and creating clear standards and repeatable systems that allow learning to grow sustainably across complex organizations.I’ve led and supported enterprise learning strategy for large‑scale initiatives, including major product and platform launches, enabling adoption across multi‑brand environments. I’m particularly proud of launching an Instructor Academy that upskilled and coached 40+ facilitators, improving learner engagement and NPS while establishing a shared standard for high‑impact delivery.As a people leader, I believe my role is to build others to succeed beyond me. Several team members I’ve coached and mentored have gone on to leadership roles both internally and externally—a result I value as much as any program outcome.I’m energized by organizations navigating growth, change, and complexity—particularly in real estate, technology, and financial services—and I bring both strategic vision and a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves execution mindset to the work.Currently open to L&D leadership opportunities where I can shape strategy, build capability, and help organizations grow without losing what makes them excellent.
