Ensures decreased cycle time by working with and supporting Mastec team, AT & T, and service partners to identify risks and solutions. Keeps AT & T up to date on project status by applying diligence and escalating issues when appropriate. Communicates often with internal and external vendors to ensure forecast accuracy. Prepares well for weekly deployments, bringing results and not setbacks. Works closely with Mastec’s MSA, Construction, A&E, Finance, and Scoping teams to keep on top of the schedule and avoid pitfalls on both the front and back end of the assigned projects. Self-performs most application submissions, construction drawing reviews, lease reviews, LMPS submissions, zoning, and permitting requirement identification, and financial closeouts to facilitate quick completion of assigned projects. Trains Senior SAS and others in various Site Acquisition processes. Helps to maintain preferred turf ranking on AT & T scorecards by regularly exceeding schedule and revenue targets. Consistently delivers on company EBITDA targets/Operating Margin by reducing CIEB where possible. Embraces the idea of teamwork and endeavoring to keep the business culture positive and cooperative, which in turn, improves the overall work environment. Shares learning opportunities with fellow team members to develop better understanding of challenges and to foster a team with a well-rounded understanding of the Site Acquisition process. Regularly receives commendation from various service lines within AT & T, Mastec, landlords, districts, and external vendors.
