Who I AmI’m a strategic, equity-driven leader with roots in education, a passion for cultural fluency, and a decades-long journey building belonging in complex organizations. Today, I lead Inclusion & Diversity and Learning & Development efforts in Apple’s Information Systems & Technology (IS & T) org. My PathI began as a high school educator in African, Latin American, and Asian studies—opening two multicultural arts and social justice-focused schools in Chicago. When I pivoted to tech, I brought with me a deep belief in transformative learning, emotional intelligence, and culturally responsive leadership. From retail to people strategy, I’ve led cross-functional, high-impact programs focused on access, equity, and community-building. What Drives MeEquity isn’t just a value I hold—it’s the thread that connects everything I do. I design programs that flex, scale, and include. I build spaces where underrepresented communities feel seen and heard. I believe every strategy should serve people first—and I’ve spent 20+ years making that belief a reality.
