Taught and worked with Master level students in the EWU Community Development Course to complete this study so that in future can expand our services to more youth• Outreach: Successfully planned the first ever HL7N Gala Event, “Healing our Youth in the 21st Century,” this gala event was planned for the HL7N for: outreach, networking, and fundraising. Invited Roselyn Tso National I.H.S. Director, appointed by the President Biden and Captain Marcus Martinez, NW I.H.S Director to present. Met prior to our Gala for strategic planning towards a Universal Code for Medicaid and I.H.S PRC Contract Care to follow the Youth across state lines for Residential Treatment. This Gala sets the stage for future outreach, education, and philanthropy funding raising.• Outreach 2024: “Through It All,” Album Release Event being held at the Northern Quest Casino to highlight the Musical Therapy Program, and how this program has helped residents learn how to stay in recovery, through expressive arts; former residents will be performing and giving testimonies towards their recovery.• Overseen the Admissions & Intake and increased residency • Overseen Medical Billing and improved all efforts in collection, collaboration efforts with all stakeholders, credentialing with all States• Re-organized my department and upgraded job descriptions • Prepared Department Board reports for the Executive Team weekly and Board of Directors • Demonstrated Project Management experience• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and database management, and many computer software programs
