   Angel Bourgoin, PhD, is a Senior Researcher at John Snow, Inc.(JSI), where she conducts research and provides consulting services to support public health efforts. Selected projects:* Health Equity Compact, Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers:Project Director and Project Manager of an initiative to assist the Health Equity Compact, a group of 50+ Black and Latinx leaders, to advocate for health equity as the next chapter in Massachusetts health reform. JSI is supporting the Compact through project management and direction, policy research and development, and gathering stakeholder and community input on health equity priorities and legislation.* Healthcare Workforce Capacity and Diversity Research, Center for Health Information and Analysis: Project Director and Project Manager of a research study to develop a survey to track healthcare workforce and capacity and diversity in Massachusetts. Project activities include the organization and convening of a stakeholder advisory panel of provider associations and steering committee of state agencies; an environmental scan of the healthcare workforce literature and related surveys and datasets; key informant interviews with provider organizations and experts; survey development and pre-testing; and development of the final survey instrument and implementation plan.* Delta Center for a Thriving Safety Net, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation:Research and policy expert for a national technical assistance center seeking to enhance the capacity of state primary care and behavioral health associations to advance payment and delivery reform in eleven states. Responsibilities include logic model development, supporting the design and review of state association grantee applications, evaluation design and execution, and authoring evaluation reports, case studies, and policy briefs.
