Recovery when you default to limiting ways becomes quick, easy and satisfying. Emotional Fitness. is the foundation of my approach, because emotions are contagious and drive behavior. Tamping them down can lead to patterns of striving, struggle, blame and the risk they will come out sideways and be projected on others. When emotions are ignored, we overlook the value of the information and insight they hold. And we create separation from ourselves and others. Separation from our natural gifts, talent, creativity and wisdom. There is a better way, making emotions your greatest ally.
