My practice focuses on supporting lawyers with respect to research and opinions. I am particularly experienced in contract law and statutory interpretation and consult with members of the firm on many legal issues, including corporate transactions and civil and commercial litigation. I am involved with the firm\'s practice groups in order to provide topical information on recent case law. I believe in a practical approach to resolving legal questions and in ongoing legal education. I have authored of a number of papers, reviews, books, case comments and annotations in regards to matters such as contract law, civil litigation and conflict of laws. I am frequently retained by other law firms as an expert witness in connection with matters pertaining to the law in Ontario.
